Annual UK show covering wide format printing for display graphics.

Fespa Global Print
Large international show dealing with all aspects of wide format display printing, including digital textile printing and screen printing. This is the main event, but Fespa also runs smaller regional shows. The show also includes The European Sign Expo which covers non-printed signage and will be the first outing for a new feature – Sportswear Pro.

Drupa 2024
Giant international trade show covering all aspects of graphic arts printing and converting including printing presses and finishing equipment as well as software. Expect to see several prototypes and a number of new product launches.

TCT 360
Pioneering UK show covering 3D printing. It’s a cut above the smaller, consumer-orientated shows but overshadowed by some of the larger European events. However, TCT does put together a good conference program.

This show has a mixture of workshops, seminars and product showcases. It’s split into four main areas: Packaging Premier fr luxury goods; PCD or perfume, cosmetics and personal care; PLD or premium drinks packaging; and Food and consumer packaging.

Annual UK-based show, which aims to cover commercial printing and finishing. It’s the usual mix of print equipment and seminars.

Japan Inkjet Technology Fair
This is the third outing of this even, which is aimed at everyone involved in industrial inkjet including ink manufacturers, software developers and machine integrators was well as related components and services. It includes a number of conference presentations, with opportunities for social networking plus table top presentations from a range of vendors.

Industrial Print Integration conference
Organised by ESMA, this conference brings together experts from a range of disciplines to advise manufacturers on how to integrate print technology into their production.

This is the main European event covering the more heavy duty industrial side of 3D printing with many of the larger machines on show, including a fair selection of metal 3D printers. The show has grown steadily and now occupies two floors of two halls at the Frankfurt Messe, and attracts a fairly large international crowd.

Fespa Middle East
This year marks the first Fespa event specifically targeting the Middle East and Africa regions and is planned as an annual show. As well as the various brands exhibiting, it will also include a World Wrap Masters competition, a sustainability spotlight feature, conference and technical training program.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The international textile show Heimtextil is centred around home and contract textiles, mainly to do with textile design but including a limited amount of industrial textile printing equipment. Visitors typically include both manufacturers and designers.

As the name suggests, this trade show specifically covers packaging and drug delivery for the pharmaceutical industry.

Paris, France

Hunkeler Innovation Days
Biennial show organised by the Swiss manufacturer Hunkeler to show its finishing equipment alongisde its partners, mainly including digital printers as well as some other postpress vendors. This show is used by printer vendors to launch new equipment.

Lucerne, Switzerland

International Converting Exhibition – Europe
Better known as ICE Europe, this is an international packaging show aimed at paper, film and foil converting that takes place once every two years. It also includes a second show, Corrugated and Carton exhibition. There’s a separate US exhibition in January

InPrint Munich
Interesting show that brings together inkjet printing with industrial applications and highlights some of the most innovative approaches to manufacturing. Some emphasis on functional, decorative and packaging printing. It’s linked with ICE Europe and CCE International, which are both packaging shows.

This is billed as a printing and converting show and is held alongside several other events including Pack-Ima, which mainly deals with packaging, GreenPlast, mainly covers environmental issues and waste disposal and Intralogistica Italia.

Label Expo Europe
This year sees Label Expo Europe start a new chapter, with a move to Barcelona. The show covers all aspects of label printing, including narrow web flexo presses and the growing number of digital label presses.

K 2025
This is billed as nnternational show dealing with plastics and rubber. It also includes some packaging and industrial printing and even some 3D printing materials. In addition, some press vendors have used it to announce new presses.
8 – 15 October 2025
Dusseldorf, Germany

This is India’s main printing event, dedicated to print and allied machinery, and mainly covering commercial and packaging printing. It’s said to attract print buyers, publishers and end users such as designers as well as printers and converters. Naturally it’s a good showcase of the huge range of Indian print vendors.

MetPack 2026
This is an international packaging show specialising on metal packaging. Its location in Essen, close to Dusseldorf, and timing means that many visitors will start at MetPack before going on to Interpack.

Interpack 2026
International packaging event covering food, beverage, pharmaceuticals and industrial goods sectors. It includes the entire supply chain and addresses issues from counterfeiting to product protection as well as new materials and equipment.

Itma 2027
Large international show dealing with technology in the textile market, which comes around every four years and attracts visitors from all around the world. Expect numerous product launches in the run-up to the show.
