Xennia announces Corundum textile inks

Xennia has launched a range of dye sublimation inks, called Corundum, for proofing and production-scale decoration of polyester fabrics. The inks, which are available for both Kyocera and Epson printheads, will work with both coated and uncoated transfer papers.

Dr Olivier Morel, Xennia’s Chief Technology Officer, says that the Corundum inks have been beta tested worldwide over the past year, adding: “In benchmark testing against other inks available on the market our product shows improved jetting performance, enhanced transfer efficiency from the sublimation paper and superior colour on the textile. This maximises end user benefit, as more colour gets to the fabric where it is needed and waste is reduced.”

Xennia also sells its Amethyst reactive dye ink for printing cotton and cellulosics and Moissanite UV curable ink for outdoor textile printing.

You can license the articles from Printing and Manufacturing Journal to reproduce in other publications. I generally charge around £150 per article but I’m open to discussing this for each title, particularly for publishers that want to use multiple stories. I can provide high res versions of images for print publications.

I’m used to working with overseas publishers and am registered for VAT with the UK’s HMRC tax authority but obviously won’t charge VAT to companies outside the UK. You can find further details and a licensing form from this page, or just contact me directly here.
