Uteco has announced a new hybrid digital press, the Sapphire Evo, aimed at packaging converters and using Kodak’s Stream inkjet technology. Color-Logic certifies Indigo 6900 with silver

Last year HP Indigo introduced a new silver ink for its Indigo 6900 web fed press that’s a lot more effective than the previous silver, which was more like a dull grey colour. UPSA pharma cuts packaging costs with 3D printing

French pharmaceuticals company UPSA, which is owned by Bristol-Myers Squibb,  has experimented with using additive manufacturing for some processes used in its packaging.
